1.1 All courses must be booked and paid for via Eventbrite unless an alternative payment option has been agreed. There are 5 spaces per course and they are booked on a first come basis.
1.2 Courses places are assigned to an individual. Please notify at the time of booking if it is for someone else other than the person making the booking.
1.3 A 10% discount can be applied is you book more than one course in a 12 month period.
2. Minimum age requirement
2.1 You must 18 or over to attend the course.
3. Late applications
3.1 If there are places available on a course we will accept bookings until the week before the course commences.
4. Cancellations by you
4.1 You may cancel your place on a course up to one month before the course start date. Under these circumstances you will be entitled to a refund of the course fees.
4.2 If you wish to cancel within one month of the course start date you will not be entitled to any refund.
4.3 Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Please note that refunds can take up to two weeks to process.
5. Cancellations by us
5.1 Please note that courses have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled the week before the course is due to take place if too few bookings are received.
5.2 We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses.
5.3 If we cancel a course we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice and you will have the option of transferring to another course or of having a full refund, which we will return to you within two weeks.
6. Class postponement by us
6.1 If a class is postponed for reasons for which we are responsible, including staff illness, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the class. We apologise for this inconvenience and urge you to ring us if you have any concerns.
7.1 Non-attendance of classes due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not create any right to a refund or a transfer.
7.2 However, in such an event we will consider all the circumstances and take such action that we consider to be fair and reasonable.
8. Materials and equipment
8.1 The course fee does not always include the cost of materials but this will be made clear on the website if this is the case.

9. Student conduct
9.1 Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to recognise that other students also require support and assistance.
10.1 For legal reasons, and to respect other participants, the use of audio and/or visual recording is not permitted during any course.
11. Health & Safety
11.1 Please note that part of the course is likely to take part in the garden. Students are asked to wear appropriate clothing and footwear as the courses will go ahead whatever the weather.
11.2 Refreshments will be provided. Please advise in advance if you have any allergies we should be aware of.
11.3 Lockers are provided for any valuables but please note, items are left at the owner’s risk.
12. Course location
12.1 All courses will be held in The Lodge, Hamsey House, Hamsey, Nr Lewes, BN8 5TD. Off road parking is available. Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk.
